Provincial Emergency Response Plans
These emergency plans are developed as cooperative understandings between specific public and private sector agencies to ensure there is an effective response to disasters and major emergencies in Alberta. The plans are agreements between groups with mutual interests. Although they are not legislation, they usually derive their mandate from legislation.
